Mercante1 is a proprietary B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operational ordering platform designed exclusively for specialty food wholesalers and their restaurant commercial partners. Our software services are directed strictly at businesses and entrepreneurs (§ 14 German Civil Code - BGB). Consumers (§ 13 BGB) are not eligible to register or use the platform.

We do not engage in and are under no legal obligation to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration service, as our operations are conducted strictly in the B2B sector.
